Four Reasons Why MLM Failure Rates Are Still So High

There are tens of thousands of people who start in the network marketing industry each month. Whether you are just starting or you already have a network marketing business, it is critical for you to really understand what are the common mistakes that you should avoid.

I would say that there are 4 main reasons why people fail in mlm.

1. Getting involved in the wrong company: the majority of people who contact me first tell me about their network marketing company and ask me my opinion about their company. They are completely right, because they realize that choosing the wrong company will highly jeopardize their chances of success.

What's a wrong company? There are different factors here, but the main ones are the products, the management, the compensation plan, how many years the company has been in business and its financial strength.

There are companies who have stand alone, high quality products but whose management is weak and finances are bad. There is a higher probability that they go out of business. Some companies have a good financial strength, a good management, but the products are not competitive or effective, or the compensation plan is not very attractive, and the company's reps will then struggle a lot and most probably leave the company within the first one to two years.

Then, if a company is not yet 5 years old, statistically it still runs a high risk of going out of business. On the contrary, if a company is more than 25 years old and financially strong, it should stay around but the momentum phase may be so advanced that the opportunity is not as great as it once was.

2. Having the wrong upline: even when people sign up with a good company, it is nearly impossible for them to build a successful network marketing business without an upline offering weekly training and support. Without a strong training and support, new distributors are left on their own and there is a 95% chance that they will fail.

3. Not having any system: Most people that approach me are very excited about getting started. They don't always realize that they will not succeed on their own, though. And in MLM, even very determined individuals will usually fail within their first year if they don't have a system that enables them to leverage their resources.

4. Not developing persistence and being committed: most people who want to start a network marketing business are actually looking for a way to make money with no effort, and want to take the easy path. It's hard to find people ready to step out of their comfort zone to build any business. And lack of persistence is the number one reason for failure in MLM. Quitters don't succeed. And without a strong commitment from your part, even the best company, upline, or system will not be able to help you.

If you think you have the right mindset to build a business, if you can find a reputable company, with a proven system and a team of experts, you will greatly increase your chances of success in the MLM industry.

10 HEALTHY RESOLUTIONS FOR 2010

The holidays have come and gone, with the parties, delectable treats, and all too often, overeating. However, each new year brings new possibilities for change and growth. If your weight management plan needs sprucing up, now is the perfect time to dig in and make healthy resolutions for a healthy you in 2010.

1. Make A Healthy Weight Management Plan And Stick To It.

We all have good intentions every year to maintain a healthy weight and feel great. The key is sticking to the plan you’ve created. Be specific about what you want to accomplish. Instead of “exercise a lot,” write down how much, how of often, and what types of exercise you’ll do.

2. Cleanse and Detoxify.

Be sure first to cleanse and detoxify your gastrointestinal system, so you get the most out of your food and supplements.

3. Get Plenty of Rest.

The best of healthy intentions can be delayed by a lack of sleep. When you’re tired, it is a lot more difficult to get out of bed for that morning workout and eat who grain toast and yogurt instead of a donut. Get the rest your body needs so you can make the best decisions for your health.

4. Eat A Healthy Diet.

Support your health through a diet rich in whole grains, complex carbohydrates and lean proteins. Also make sure that limit the amount of sodas and fruit drinks in your diet. Drink plenty of water instead.

5. Exercise Regularly.

Regular exercise does not have to mean jogging five miles every day. Especially when you are just starting out, a brisk walk around your neighborhood for 20 minutes four times a week is a great way to start. Be sure to incorporate light weight training as well to support the strength of your muscles.

6. Support Your Immune System.

When your immune system is in the best shape possible, the rest of your body can function as it should. Support your healthy immune system with the correct Transferceutical products.

7. Include Antioxidants In Your Diet.

Study after study touts the benefits of antioxidants for overall health. Fruits, vegetables, and even pine bark are great sources of antioxidants.

8. Develop A Great Support Network.

It is always easier to stay on track when you have people supporting you. Talk with your spouse to make sure the cupboards are filled with healthy snacks, instead of junk. Walk everyday with your neighbor. Make sure you have the support you need to be successful with your healthy resolutions.

9. Seek Balance.

Stress, while a natural part of life, can often become overwhelming if not handled properly. Set in place good techniques that will help you find balance in your life. Relax on a regular basis by reading a good book, listening to music, or even meditating.

10. Have Healthy Expectations.

Setting realistic expectations for yourself is just as important-if not more important-than the resolutions themselves. Deciding that you are going to run three miles every day (when you have trouble walking around the block) is neither realistic nor healthy. Starting out slow and steady, while staying committed to your resolutions, is the best way to achieve overall success.

Maintaining a healthy weight takes commitment and hard work. But it’s worth it so you can enjoy life with health and vitality for years to come.

Here is wishing all of my friends a healthy you in 2010.

3 Reasons Why Adsense Is Essential For Content Sites

To know why Adsense is essential for your content sites is to know first how this works.

The concept is really simple, if you think about it. The publisher or the webmaster inserts a java script into a certain website. Each time the page is accessed, the java script will pull advertisements from the Adsense program. The ads that are targeted should therefore be related to the content that is contained on the web page serving the ad. If a visitor clicks on an advertisement, the webmaster serving the ad earns a portion of the money that the advertiser is paying the search engine for the click.

The search engine is the one handling all the tracking and payments, providing an easy way for webmasters to display content-sensitive and targeted ads without having the hassle to solicit advertisers, collect funds, monitor the clicks and statistics which could be a time-consuming task in itself. It seems that there is never a shortage of advertisers in the program from which the search engine pulls the Adsense ads. Also webmasters are less concerned by the lack of information search engines are providing and are more focused in making cash from these search engines.

The first reason why Adsense is essential for content sites is because it already has come a long way in understanding the needs of publishers and webmasters. Together with its continuous progression is the appearance of more advanced system that allows full ad customization. Webmasters are given the chance to choose from many different types of text ad formats to better complement their website and fit their webpage layout.

The different formatting enables the site owners the possibility of more click through from visitors who may or may not be aware of what they are clicking on. It can also appeal to the people visiting thus make them take that next step of looking up what it is all about. This way the people behind the Adsense will get their content read and making profit in the process.

The second reason is the ability of the Adsense publishers to track not only how their sites are progressing but also the earnings based on the webmaster-defined channels. The recent improvements in the search engines gives webmasters the capability to monitor how their ads are performing using customizable reports that has the capacity to detail page impressions, clicks and click-through rates. Webmasters and publishers can now track specific ad formats, colors and pages within a website. Trends are also easily spotted.

With the real-time reporting at hand, the effectiveness of the changes made will be assessed quickly. There would be time to sort out the contents that people are making the most clicks on. The ever-changing demands would be met while generating cash for the webmasters and publishers. The more flexible tools are also allowing webmasters to group web pages by URL, domain, ad type or category, which will provide them some accurate insight on which pages, ads and domains are performing best.

The last and final reason is that the advertisers have realized the benefits associated having their ads served on targeted websites. Thus increasing the possibility that a prospective web surfer will have an interest in their product and services. All because of the content and its constant maintenance. As opposed to those who are no using Adsense in their sites, they are given the option of having other people do their content for them, giving them the benefit of having successful and money-generating web sites.

Adsense is all about targeted content, the more targeted your content is, the more target the search engines’ ads will be. There are some web masters and publishers who are focused more on their site contents and how best to maintain them rather than the cash that the ads will generate for them. This is the part where the effectiveness is working its best.

There was a time when people were not yet aware of the money to be achieved from advertisements. The cash generated only came into existence when the webmasters and publishers realized how they can make Adsense be that generator. In those days, the content were the most important factors that is taken quite seriously. It still is. With the allure of money, of course.

6 Healthy Habits That Can Make You Sick

Did you know that we can overdue healthy habits? I would like to present 6 ways we overachieve success:

For complete article CLICK HERE:

And now, I bring you one more doctor you will like: Dr. Erika Schwartz, Medical Director of Cinergy Health. She’s here to tell us not to get too carried away with our healthy habits.

As a society, we are constantly striving to lead healthier, happier lives. But with these efforts, we sometimes run the risk of going too far. As a rule of thumb, any extreme is unhealthy, but rarely are we made aware of the “cons” of healthy habits, instead led to think any good thing is better if done as often as possible. Not so fast …

Here are some examples of healthy habits that can backfire when done in excess.

1. Over-Exercising

Your body and mind do not need more than three to four days a week of 30 to 45 minutes of cardio activity. Cardio/aerobic exercises should be done every other day alternating with Yoga, Pilates, walking, and weight training on the off days. Hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, team sports and a simple variation in exercise over the course of the week, month and season is the best way to stay lean, toned and energized.

2. Staying Out of the Sun

Our bodies need Vitamin D to stay strong by making healthy bones and ward off illness by boosting our immune system. The only way to get Vitamin D into our system is via sun exposure. Don’t make yourself overly neurotic about sunscreen. If you are going to the pool or beach or participating in outdoor sports that involve more than 20 minutes of sun exposure, slather on the SPF 30, but if you are simply doing your daily errands outdoors, enjoy the feeling the sun on your skin. The only part of your body that should always be protected is the face.

3. Using Antibacterial Soaps and Gels

Antibacterial soaps and gels are good to carry in your purse or car but becoming obsessed with the sanitization they promise could weaken your body’s ability to fight off “good bacteria.” Washing your hands with warm water and soap for twenty seconds will do the trick.

4. Sleeping

The average person needs eight full hours of undisturbed sleep at night. If you are regularly getting fewer or more than nine hours sleep, you are not doing yourself much good. Human beings are not built to think, process, or function optimally on more or less than seven to nine hours of sleep a night. Not to mention too little or too much sleep is bad for our skin and causes bloating, overeating, confusion and depression.

5. Relying on Air Conditioning

While air conditioning feels great on a hot, humid summer day, don't sit and breathe in cold recycled air all day and night long. The air may contain bacteria and germs and certainly all kinds of particles of dust. Every few hours, turn the air off, open the windows, go for a walk outside and breathe in the fresh air–don’t forget to wash your air conditioning filters with warm water and soap and let them air-dry every month you’re using them. And if you work in an office building where windows never open, bring a sweater to keep your core temperature warm and get out of the office at least for lunch and a mid-afternoon break.

6. Eating Organic Food

While organic foods–such as fruits, vegetables, and packaged goods–tend to be expensive, the real problem is that they can still be heavily processed. Make sure to read the labels of the food you are purchasing carefully even if you are buying them from the health food store. Foods don’t need to be “organic” to be healthy. Stick with labels that have simple and few ingredients, and a low amount of natural sugars (like honey, turbinado sugar, cane sugar), sodium and processed carbohydrates.

To avoid being tagged as spam mail, viral marketing counts on the eagerness of one person to pas on the product. If a person sees the name of the person they know as the sender, they won’t block it and open it as well.
